Filing CP along with fiance's documents.

I just spoke to my attorney and she said that I can file my CP and also submit CP forms for my fiance, so that we will get our interview dates together. She also said that we can submit a letter that myself and my fiance are engaged and will appear for interview together. Ofcourse we will be married and have Marriage Certificates before the interview. :)

My questions are,

1. Is this possible? Did anyone of you here went through similar process? If so, please share your experience.

2. Should I be entering my Fiance's info in places where it asks for "Spouse's" info?

Well it is possible what your lawyers say but emphasis is on the fact that you need to be married before CP interview and get all documents such as PCC, I-134 and so on for your to-be wife in front the consulate before your interview is SCHEDULED.

I am in the same situation. I am engaged and would like to add my fiance's name on the records as we would like to go to India and get married and do the consular porcessing simultaneously.

My questions being I am hoping to have my ACI140 accepted. What are the chances they would do that for an EB3 case?

If they do accept it, lets say I apply in August, when do you think my turn for interiew will come? As we are planning to marry end of Dec, begining of Jan.

My fiance is working here on H1B do I then need to have affidavite of support for him?

Sorry to intrude on your post but am hoping we might get a reply and was thinking our questions are the same.
