filing application of I-140, I-485 and EAD

1. EAD and/or AP applications have to be filed at the time or after I-485 is filed, is this true?

2. For EB3, after priority date becomes current, and I-140 has been filed but not approved yet, can I-485 and EAD be filed ?

3. For EB3, once priority date becomes current, can I-140 and I-485 be filed together?

Anyone can shed some light on this?? Thanks!!

2. Correct. Also, Advance Parole(AP) can be filed as well

3. Priority Date affects only I-485 filing capability. But, if you so choose, you can wait till PD becomes current and then file I-485/I-140 together. There is no real advantage in doing that really...sometimes the processing dates of those petitions are not in synch....you want to make sure you can every stage done as quickly as you can.
