Filing AOS at local office (denver)

Hello Everyone,

I have my wife's AOS forms filled out and everything is ready to go. We would like to submit these forms personally at the local INS office in Denver, but we have a couple of questions. Does anyone know if they require the Medical Exam to be included when you submit it personally or can it be completed and submitted before the interview, also since she is currently out of status does anyone know if this could cause a problem if we show up there personally, will they make a big deal out of her being there out of status if we are submitting her adjustment documentation?

What do mean by out of status?

If she is out of status then it is better to consult an attorney. IF she is already over stayed then their might be a big problem if you approach INS.
