My H1-B 6 years will be over in Aug'2005. I have filed my Labor in RIR from VA in May'2002. Can I file for another labor with the same company in Non RIR, after this one is approved. By the time i'll hear anything for my RIR lobor i'll just have 1 year left on my H1.
I want to do that to be on safer side if 140 from my previous labor does not get approved for any reason. If yes, when can i file? By doing so i can file for H1 extensions.
