Filing address suggestion

hello ,
i live in Boston area, MA.I ll be filing for AOs marriage based soon. my question is what address should i send my application to??? to vermont service center or ? chicago??
Also, my joint sponsor doesnt have w2 for 3 yrs, coz he came to U.S only two years ago (he is green cardholder). so what should i do ? does it have to be 3 yrs minimum ?? i ll appreciate any advice thanks

all family based gc applications should be sent to the chicago lock box.

Send whatever you got and attach a letter explaining why you have docs only for 2 years.
