I talked with a Lawyer of Big Immigration law firm for second opinion on filing AC21 after I485 approval:
The lawyer said, it is better to file AC21 even though case is approved!! They also suggested sending the AC21 before going for stamping!!
Benefits:
1. This will eliminate any problem while Citizen ship processing if sponsoring employer complains INS.
2. Of course we get peace of mind too.
3. If planning to change to another new employer, file AC21 with new employer letter.
Results:
4. They filed for couple of people and they got thank you reply from INS after couple of months.
Problems:
5. May be problem only when applied for Citizen ship
6. This cost about $1500 fee for big law firm!?

Please help me in deciding what to I have to do? Do I send AC21 my self to INS or go through big law firm? Submit AC21 while stamping?
