I was given approved labour by my company of Oct 2001 and I got my I-140 approved as well 4 months back. I am single and recently I heard that we need to file I-485 by July first or second week. It will be very difficult to file as single in I-485 since it is very difficult to add wife to I-485 later during Green Card process. Any help will be highly appreciated.
Please suggest.
