I will file 485. I have one old and one new passports. They have different birth date on. I changed my birthday 7 years ago after coming back from Europe using the 1st passport, because the birthdate was not right on my records when I was 6-22 years old. I use the 2nd passport to enter USA. I have been in US for 3 years. To file 485, I am wondering if I need to submit both passport copies or just the later one. I really don't want to mess up my case by submitting both passports. But I also don't want FBI found out I have a old passport and I was concealing sth by submitting only the new one.
