filing 485 and 140 TX Vs IL - RIR

Hi

i am going to file I 140 and I 485 . currently i am living in TX, but my employer is in IL, my labor is from IL.

which place is best to file these TX or IL.

i have plans of changing my employer one in TX in next few months.

please suggest me where to file these .
