filing 140 w/ company name change

For all those whose 485 cases are on hold because of company name change,

If we file amended 140 and then later (while 140 pending) INS comes up w/ guidelines
and start processing, what would happen ? will 140 get ignored ? what if 140 approval
shows up after 485 approval.

I think all of us are fed up with this issue, the inaction and the insensitivity at INS regarding this. I cant figure out how these \'public servants\' can enjoy when they go back home, knowing fully well the amount of stress, pain and emotional hardships they put several hundreds / thousands of folks everyday.
Anyway, here is what I think:
I dont think it should in any way slow down, if amended I140 is not reqd. But of course INS ( and especaiily VSC ) is ingenious in taking \'liberal and beneficial\' laws and interpreting them in the most unimaginable and painful ways. ( Completely frustrated with the delay ).
