I had filed my labor in EB2 category and my labor required Masters or Batchelors with 5 yrs experience. It got approved. My lawyer had done Masters degree evaluation before filing for the labor based on the experiene letters provided.
For filing I-140, the lawyer has done the evaluation again without the experience letters stating that it will come out with batchelors degree, and has asked to provide experience letters in certain format understood by the USICS. The lawyer claims that the original master's degree evaluation cannot be used while filing I-140 , but rather the new batchelors degree + 5 yrs experience letter in the specified format will be required.
I need a second opinion in my case as I am not sure if that will fly well with the USICS and rather feel that original masters degree evaulation should be attached.
