Files as future employee, working for same company 485 > 180, approved 140

I am working with company A for about 3 years, that filed my GC for future employment. My 485 > 180 days and 140 is approved and remains valid.

My question is , am i eligible for AC21?

I don't get it! :confused:

Company A filed for you GC, and you are working there since 3 years. Why do you need AC21?

Are you working in a different job in the same company?
- if so, YES, but the job title, description, salary should be similar to the I140 approved job. :)

or

You want to take a new job with a different company?
- again the answer is YES if your 485 > 180 days and meet the above condition. :)
