Hey Guys,
Just wanna see if anyone with me.
Filed on -> June 22 05
Category-> EB2
Its been more than 70 days, lawyer is always telling me that it is inProcess.
I dont even know where it is filed, when i asked for a file number, my company lawyer gave me some number starting with letter T, right now i dont have the full number with me.
Anyone have any idea what is happening, please share your stories, and is there anyway i can check the status of my case, bypassing my lawyer.

Mine is filed on 19 June, still in Process.
EB2, IT, Chicago
Large, reputable company...
Our attorney said 12 of her cases in May, June, July, only 2 are certified, and not FIFO.
I am not sure if attorney can send a letter to DOL, but I guess those cases are just too common, so she doesn't want to do it just now

Thanks for replay, its really a great help, the company i am working is an american owned and the attorney is an american, so i thought they wont cheat on me.. God should help me out to deal with them.
If the case is not submitted, why do it give a receipt number at all, just getting curious..
Any help is appreciated

Please go to this link will give you an idea letters T,C(chicago)and A(atlanta).May be your case is submitted but they are just giving you case number that starts with T if submitted that should start with letter C or A.In my personal case experience the other numbers also change when a case has been in the system for more than one days before submission.

Plz ask your employer or attorney to give you a screen shot of the case.

finally got it on 09/22

Approved on 09/22
Category-EB2 filed from Atlanta.

Now it is a big question mark, I dont have the Hard copy of labor, attorney is saying she will file using the computer screen print.
is it valid to do this way, offcourse i have no option, please share any of your openin.

Filed on June 14th and still InProcess. My attorney told that they filed on June 14th and moved to FR on June 25th and moved to InProcess on July 28th and still InProcess.
 
Filed on May 24th in Chicago center - EB2. Moved to final Review, then to Inprocess. STILL same status.
Maybe this is not the right forum to ask. but please give your input if you have any idea.
I am from India. My wife is from Singapore. And EB2 for singapore is 'Current'. She is on a H4 visa as a dependant. Will I be able to file I-140/I-485 together even though visa numbers have retrogressed for India?

You need to file labor in your wife's name, then only she gets visa number from singapore quota.. I know its disaapointing.. keep everything ready and keep checking the staus, even if it approves on 09/29.. you can get through.
