Filed i140 with 12k loss for 2005 company tax returns

from one Labor mess to i140 mess now....

filed my i140 with 12k loss in tax returns for 2005....my paystubs show the salary mentioned in Labor..

Anyone came across this situation...filed in regular processing,if I file in PP I am very sure to get an RFE...

The loss itself doesn't mean that company cannot pay offered wages. Company may have cash from previous periods or may just borrow some, you know. Good indication ability to pay is actual paying offered wages
