I looked at the case status online and it hasn't been touched since 03/26/2009..
Had the biometrics appointment on 03/25/2009..
Should I just keep waiting? Or has it been long enough where I can start asking to talk to someone?
I just noticed that a lot of people who filed months later have already gotten theirs..
Our case is very straightforward, no criminal charges or overstays and have been married for almost 4 years now. We were 1 month short of our 2 year anniversary when we got our interview, so this already feels a bit of a screw over since hubby should've been able to go a month later and just get a 10 year green card instead of the two year conditional..
We've had no contact at all from USCIS, no requests for more information or anything along those line..
