hello there, this is my case: I filed for AOS based on marriage on march 19 2006, My received a notice of action for the I-130, that was on march 25 2006 and that was the only document we received fron USCIS, after waiting for 90 days I called the USCIS and found out that they had mailed the notice of approval and the work authorization notice. The issue is I never received anything at all, They told me that they would put a notice so the immigration officers can review the case?, please any advice, I don't know what to do, I've heard cases like this that don't end good; Should I get a lawyer?, Should I just wait 30 days to see if I receive another mail from them?, thanks for any replies.
Filed I-485, never got a notice, please help!
