My friend (primary i485 applicant)and his spouse(employed on H1)filed 485 in mid 2001.
What would be the impact on his i-485 ?:
1)possible address change (to be informed to INS)
2)needs to submit divorce papers to INS
3)ANY OTHER POINTS???....PLEASE HELP.
Would appreciate help from anyone who has gone through a divorce in this situation.THANKS.
