filed I-140 (PP) for EB-1EA

Hi Guys,

Just filed my I-140 (PP) for EB-1EA after long five months of collecting all the documents. It went to TSC, not sure if that is good??

Keeping my fingers crossed.
 
Most people on this board would say that TSC is far better than NSC in terms of processing time. Hopefully, they are better in approval rate too. My EB1-EA is pending at TSC since Oct 23rd.
 
You are the lucky one because it went to TSC. The standards of NSC are very stringent as compared to TSC. If you read this form you will find many people whose i-140 was denied by NSC and they have refiled.
I withdrew my EB1EA from NSC and refiled at TSC.

Hi,

My understanding is that you do not decide where to file (NSC/TSC). All I-140 goes to NSC, which then decides to process it or send it to TSC for processing. Even you have to send your I-485 to NSC which may send it to service center which has processed you I-140.

Most of us will agree that TSC has done a good job! I myself has been very happy with the services of TSC.

You are right. But my lawyer played dumb and sent the I-140 to TSC. they processed it and approval came in 1 week without RFE (PP). About 485 the instruction comes with 140 approval that apply to same center, which approved 140.
