Filed I-130 should Do I have to file for K3 visa

Hello All,

- Filed I-130 for my wife when I was Greencard holder Rcpt Date: Feb 14, 2006

- Got Naturalized as Citizen on July 29, 2006

- Upgraded the 1-130 petition to Citizen wife by calling on July 29th, 2006
- Again got a request fot Naturalization Certificate-Aug 17, 2006
How log I have o wait to get 1-130 to be approved or Should I file for K3 visa.

Any advise appreciated.
