I filed 1-130 for my parents and recently received a notification from USCIS to provide proof of relationship. I did submit a birth certificate that was created about 35 years ago but my parents name is not that legible. Also, I was born in Bangalore and now we are settled in New Delhi. I am going to visit India in a week can you let me know what should be my best course of action? Any help/insight provided will be greatly appreciated.
