I am a US Citizen and I have filed a Green Card for my Wife. She is on F1 Visa. Her visa is expiring a 10 Days earlier than an Interview Date for Permanent Residence and Her Finger print Interview was already taken 25 Days from Now. We are waiting for EAD and It should come any time soon and we have still 30 more Days from the current date.
The Questions are
1. If Any case, We do not receive EAD until my Wife's F1 Status expire, Can she stay here in USA to appear for a PR Interview since Permanent Residence Interview is 10 Days after the Visa expire?
2. Should we apply for her Visa Extension?
3. Do we need to inform USCIS to know this situation and request for 10 days grass period?
4. Do my wife will have to leave the Country if we are not filing for Visa extension since we have only 30 Days left & Do not receive EAD?
I will really appreciate your help for providing right directions
