Filed EAD Renewal online

Filed EAD Renewal Online on Dec 16th got the confirmation receipt by mail. However no response from USCIS. Its been 64 days. Called the service center and opened service request. They respond back saying performing additional review causing the delay.

I realized I did not send the supporting documentation . I always applied EAD online never had any problem. I use to send the supporting docs but for the last couple renewals I got the EAD without any supporting docs. I get the fingure printing notice within one week after FP I get the EAD card.

My EAD is expiring March 11th 2011 . Should I send the supporting docs now will that help or causes any confusion. Do I have any other options at this time .

Is there any option of getting interim EAD . I heard USCIS is not issuing interim EADS anymore. Is that true ?

Please advise.

Filed EAD Renewal still no card

Filed EAD renewal on Feb 12, 2011, current EAD expired on May 11, 2011 have not received the new EAD till date. Continuous calling 1800 number and also been to infopass appointment both said will receive EAD in 15 days , this was 20 days ago still no EAD. since. online status is Card/Document production since April 28, 2011.

Please advise.
