Filed AOS, getting married in 2 months

My AOS was filed in october 2001. I am getting married very soon. What has to be done to apply for her AOS? What forms do we need to fill? What documents will be required.

The thing is that my attorney is not so co-operating. I want to do some homework before I talk to him this week.

Please advice. I want to keep the forms ready now, to save time.

IMPORTANT: get legally married ASAP

Make sure you get legally married before approval.

You can even apply after your approval.

You need all documents you needed fro your application minus the employment related documents. Birth cert, marriage cert, medical are most prominant.

I\'m not an expert, but you will be fine. Just get married ASAP to reduce risk!
 
july-august approvals are comming. should get married immediately and file before your case gets app

don\'t worry about documents now, give priority for marriage. Make it happen before your approval.
