Filed 485 without Tax papers

Hi,

Does any one help for me..My Attorney filed 485 without Tax papers. I have all 4 yrs Tax returns and he told me that he doesn\'t need For 485..

Any comments!!!!

If you applied for your dependents\' I485 along with yours,
I think most lawyers ask that you include 3 years of tax
returns to show that you can support your family, also
included is I-134 (Affidavit of Support)

If you are the sole filer, then many lawyers think that
you do not need such tax returns. Although if there is any
suspicion by INS, they may ask for them later (RFE) to
show that you were paid by your employer during your H1
period. In that case, INS may also ask for W2s.

My lawyer didn\'t want any of my tax documentation either, though I reminded him several times. What he said was if you keep filing your tax papers, that will be fine. Though I still have some doubt, I have to believe he is indeed an experienced immigration board certified lawyer.
I have my familiy members as dependents filed I-485 together.
Any recommendation and suggestions are welcome.
