File two EB2 (NIW) at two different USCIS Centers simultaneously?

Will that be ok to file two EB2 (NIW) at two different USCIS Centers simultaneously, say TSC & NSC using the same application materials?

The reason is that I heard that TSC is much faster and easier to get through, however, NSC is low and may have higher chance of getting a REF.

What do you suggest?

Thanks

you can submit your application under 2 categories. but you can not select the service center. all the applications should be submitted to NSC and NSC sends some applications to TSC depending on thier workload.

Thank you for your reply. My thoughts are (1) e-filing --- high chance to get TSC (2) post mail to NSC.

Would that work? Thanks.

It has been seen from some people petitions that even if you submit to TSC, most probabaly they will forward to NSC. Then NSC has to decide the service center. Think about if you will have two I-140 petitions in NSC???

As justgc06 said, you can have two I-140 only when they are in different categories (e.g EB-1A and NIW or EB-2 and EB-3). If you really like TSC, then your best shot is e-filing, since currently all e-filed I-140 will be processed by TSC. However, that can change too - given the fact that USCIS made some significant changes without any prior announcement (such as PP for EB-1OR and EB-2 except NIW). Furthermore, I suspect that if more people find this trick to have their cases processed by TSC, then the caseload at TSC will increase and eventually they are going to split e-filed cases between NSC and TSC or do something else. Finally, even if you e-file your case in the near future, there is still no guarantee that the case transfer like VSC to NSC earlier this year will not happen again. They really should work on eliminating the difference among these centers.......
