File transferred to Newyork after RFE

Anyone had interview experience in Newyork?. Secondary applicant case transferred to Newyork.
Primary applicant got approved on July 10th. How long it will take to schedule interview in Newyork?
Is it usual that only secondary applicant got interview.

Please someone reply and it will be greatly appreciated.

Must be something special in secondary applicant\'s case. Interview after RFE is very rare (almost unheard of).
