File transferred to LA

Hi,
I applied for Canadian PR in March 2005.I got a letter yesterday from the canadian consulate saying that my file has been transferred to LA and processing will take place from there and they will review if interview is required.

so is that mean that interview has been waived? Will they ask for medicals in the next step? At which stage should I have the funds ready and at which stage should I pay the remaining application amount I only paid the 1st installment while sending the application for PR)?

The next stage should be Initial Assesment where they will ask you to do medicals, police clearance and ask for any additional documents they require like proff of funds, W2 etc, they will also let you know if interview is waived or required. The remaining amount is the ROLF(Right of Landing fee) and I guess they will let you know when you need to pay it.
