I had an interview some days ago in New Orleans, and the immigration officer said there was no decision based on the interview we had with him he could give till he get to look at the file of my previous interview which was done in Houston TX in 2009 and the results of the interview were denied consequently.
He will request for the file to be sent to him. I dont know how long this will take! me and my wife are planning to go back to Houston. Is a good idea to just change address? Wont it even prolong the process?
Anyone with an idea or experience please share it with me.

Note: no finger print taken yet, never received the FP letter and i told the officer
