I received a notice from cis stated that on july,10,2004 we transfered your 485 application transfered to chicgo office.From chicago will send you a written decision as soos as processing complete.
I talked with my lawyer he said that this is normal proceess.
Since i am 245i applicant so they may call for intriew.
My question is that how long do i have to wait? another question is since i was out of status more that six month.If they ask me about that time i will face more problem.I am worried now.
Is any one in this foroum has apllied under 245i had similar experience or some of sinior members has knowledge please advice.
