File Transfer Help Needed

One of my friend wants to get his file transfered from Hong Kong to Bahrain. Any one with the knowledge or experience in doing so Please post some help so that we can do it accordingly.

Call the consulate in Bahrain and ask them the procedure. That will be your best bet.

If you can't call them, send them a fax with your file number and an address for a response.
