File second 485 app based on the same I-140!!!

My 140 was approved and my 485 was filed and is pending. However my 485 could be denied if the RFE for visascreen is not met. I think I can file the second 485 upon my approved 140 petition after my first 485 app is denied. Does anybody has this experience or heard about this case? Thanks a lot.
