Lets say
1. I filed my citizenship in Nov 2008, still processing.
2. I filed I-130 petition for spouse in dec 2008 ( This was filed when I was Immigrant, not citizen)
3. Hopefully, I will become citizen by April -May 2009.
4. Now my question is, Will the change in my status (Immigrant to citizen) expedites the I-130 petition process? Do i have to notify USCIS? How long do I have to wait to apply for K-visa after I become citizen?
