My employer applied for PERM LC (EB3) in Nov 2005. It has stuck in audit and we are not getting firm answer from USCIS. I have done my masters in US. Question is:
1. Can I file another LC (EB2) or (EB3)?
2. Will my earlier LC (EB3) get cancelled?
3. Incase I am not allowed to file 2 LC’s can I use earlier (Nov 2005) priority date for new LC?
