I filed I-485 on February 2005 as my husband’s dependent. However, my I-485 is pending because my husband is stuck in FBI name check. I am planning to file an I-140 and I-485 on my own. Does anyone know whether my new application will affect my pending I-485? Can my husband file another I-485 as my dependent? Thanks a lot.
