Hi,
I have approved I-140/NIW and pending I-485 for both myself and my wife.
I've been working on EAD and traveling on AP.
If I think I may be able to satisfy EB1-EA, would it be possible to just file a new I-140/EB1-EA for myself and then link it up to existing I-485/EAD/AP (link wife's current I-485 also) it it gets approved?
I'm not clear about this and hope someone will explain, even though I suspect this may have been discussed here.
Also, if the new EB1-EA/I-140 were to get rejected, would it jeopardize my current approved NIW/I-140 and I-485/EAD/AP,e tc.?
