Hello All,
My wife became a permanent resident in April 2001. She filed to remove conditions in 2004 during the appropriate "window" of time. Her I-751 is still not approved, she filed it with TSC and her case was recently transferred to Memphis. She does have her notice-of-action letter and a recent passport stamp saying "I-751 Pending" I am aware that some I-751's are taking forever.
Has anyone here filed for N-400 while your I-751 was still pending? The CIS website doesn't specify, just says 3 years perm. res. can file for citizenship, if spouse of US citizen.
Thanks for any info/experiences you can share.
