My PD was current in June but my attorney did not file my i-485.
He says that I still can do it in July since I was currentin June.
I have all the documents including the medicals ready to be sent out.
Do you think there is a chance it's going to be accepted by CIS?
The attorney says it's very likely to be rejected but we could try and file it.
Do you think I'm better off waiting till October and see if I'm still current
or I should file during July?
