Rajiv and Plaintiffs are planning to file Motion for Certification of Class Action
however we have only 863 signatures in support of class counsel as of 5:45pm 2/26/2004 PST.
It is too much less than expected.

Rajiv, Plaintiffs, and Core Team Members are fighting for everyone, especially suffering from I-485 processing delay.
However, without enough support of class counsel, Rajiv (and Plaintiffs) cannot file Motion for Certification of Class Action tomorrow.
This means only six plaintiffs have to fight against USCIS.
Let Rajiv file the above Motion before USCIS takes a next action.

It will be a shame if we do not get enough signatures.

If this lawsuit does not get the class action status, most likely USCIS will quickly approve 485s of the plaintiffs and file for dismissal of the lawsuit. This will be a complete waste of all the effort and energy put in by a lot of volunteers and more importantly by Rajeev.

Guys, just do it!!!!

All core team members are volunteers. Several core team members are actually GC holders now. We are still willing to work hard for all pending applicants.

Please show your support.

Perfectly said. Why are so many of you afraid even to sign a petition supporting Rajiv Khanna as representing the entire class of I485 applicants ? It is a very simple issue. Don't you know your A# number ? Just look at your EAD card. Those who have not signed before, please do it NOW ( without any postponement).
