I have just been told by my lawyer that my file is lost at the Chicago Labor certification office and hence my case is pending decision.
People whose files were received at Chicago almost 3 months after me have their final stage of labor (RIR) approved recently. I was supposed to be approved in late Feb. or early March. of this year.
Its over 5 months since they received my file in Chicago.
Any body have any similar experience or any thoughts?
Please advise.
