I am stuck in name check since Feb 2005 and I am rapidly approaching the 2nd anniversary of my initial I485 interview.
Am I legible to file I-751 at all? What's the definition of "2nd anniversary of your CPR approval?": the date of the interview or the day I receive the actual card/stamp?
any advice?

Current-no GC, 2nd EAD expires in Dec
