Hi, I'm writing from Honduras. English is not my first language, so I apologize if my writing is a bit messy. You see, my husband, who was an american citizen, died a couple months ago. I understand that as his widow I qualify for a green card, and I know that to apply for this green card I have to fill form I-360. But, being in Honduras, where do I send it? There is no USCIS Field Office in Honduras. In USCIS' website I read that if there is no USCIS office in the country you live in, you can file form I-360 in a United States embassy or consulate. So I sent form I-360 to the embassy but they told me that I can't apply there. I also read that you can send the petition to the Phoenix or Dallas lockbox, but that appears to be only for people that live in the US or in US territories. So, where should I send the petition? Thank you for your answers.
