Hello, I have a question: Can an F1 student file for reinstatement (form I-539) in which she specifies that she hasn't file for adjustment of status (because there is one option you have to choose in the form) and then if the reinstatement is not aproved get married to an american citizen????????? In the last case she will have a pendind I-485 (adjustment of status filed after the reinstatement denial). Is this a problem??????.
