I live outside USA , and my earlier employer in USA had filed fro my GC. He just came back saying that my LC is cleared and he will file I140 for me.
MY Q is when the employer files for I140 he asks for my address and Phone # (which is outside USA). Is it mandatory that I have to file for Consular Processign only , can i file for AOS by coming to USA after my I140 is cleared?
