I just got my labor, right now I wonder if I should file concurrently or cp. I asked my lawyer if I can file concurrently right now, then later on change to cp, do you guys think if it's possible? Is there anybody who did things like that?
Right now in I-140 Tracking For People With Cp Option message thread they are saying that they have kept the concurrent filed cases aside, The entire I140 and 485 will be approved together when they will actually process 485. This may be a recent thing.
If this is true then in your case there is no sense in applying for AOS. Once your i140 is approved in say one year the rest of the process will be piece of cake for you as I guess there will be hardly anybody who should be migrating from canada....If your job is stable for another year and couple of months then CP is the best option....
