file a petition to improve I-140 processing times

I already voted "YES" for the petition and will be happy to work for I-140 petition.

Right now I'm very busy at the work front as I've some dead lines for the year end and the holidays are not helping me much.
But will sure join you while the heat is on.

please continue your efforts and probably I'll find some free time in the after noon.

It is a good effort to file petition for delayed I-140 processing. But this petition should not be restricted to just VSC center. All other service centers are processing I-140 at snail's pace. We should have only one combined petition for all service centers like we did for I-485.

Also we should not look for comparing I-140 petition with I-485 petition. These are two processes which are indepenent of each other in terms of processing and both of them should be processed at maximum pace.
