File 485 immediately. A question

Hi,

I have to file 485 right away by myself now.

A question: "Have you ever before applied for permanent residence status in US? "

I have a pending 140. Should I answer NO?

I pondered that question quite a bit too when I filed my I-485.
In the end, I think it means whether you've filed an I-485 before or not.
