yes, got the long awaited email.
I am one of the unlucky June2002 filers. Got the approval email this afternoon. I am really thrilled. :) :) :)
I hope this gives hopes to the unlucky 2002 filers still awaiting their turn.

ND: 06/2002.
FP1: 06/2004
AD: 09/2004
 
Pls share with us how can you have your FP done. Did you do something to request your FP?

ND I-485 7/10/2002 (EB2)
NO FP
Two faxes and one letter to TSC to request but nothing happened so far.

Plan to send letters to Senator to ask for the help next week.
 
Before the FP(1-2 months), i was sending faxes every 10-15 days and a couple of expedite letters to CIS. I didnot try the senator or congressman.
So i guess one of the letters did the trick.
 
Congrats Tiger123. It certainly gives us hope, I am the unlucky 2002 filer, with RD/ND May 2002 but Fp July 2004. Hope I get approval soon, but good news nevertheless instead of the 2003 approvals which makes me more frustrated!!
