My I485 receipt notice date is 4/19/02. I did the first FP in June 02 and just received the FP notice again. Anyone has this experince? What does it implicate? Thanks
 
To hte best of my knowledge FP is valid for one year, since your case wasn't approved within that time horizon that's why they had to send you another FP notice as the old one is expiring or expired....hope this helps.
 
Second time - Finger print notice

We had our finger printing done in June 2002 (for our 485 that was filed in May 2002). We have just received a notice asking for FP to be done again. Is this necessary? Will this delay our processing? Has anyone had similar experiences??
 
Thanks for the clarification. WE got our 2nd FP done yesterday.. Now back to the waiting-mode zzzzz:)
