PERM Major Field Of Study - Match/Mismatch

My job requirement is "Bachelors in Clinical, Scientific or related majors" and I have a Master in "Electrical and Electronic Engineering" for US. Is my PERM application going to be denied? Can "E&E Engg. considered scientific or related to scientific?" I gave a bachelors in physics, but that does not go on the application since there is only 1 set of J12-J16 unlike the case of Job experience. Your views please.

Different firms prepare different cases different ways... it's difficult to prepare an application for an alien without TAILORING (a.k.a. the BIG "no-no"). That shouldn't be an issue... don't quote me on that though... that's ... eesh. The person should have listed out the degrees -- i.e. "Computer Science, Engineering(any field), Science(any degree), or related field," to cover themselves.
But... that's just my opinion. We prepare cases this way... and other firms prepare them other ways. Best wishes -- be sure to let us know how that works out!
