Hello,

To be able to get the K-1 fiancee visa,
1.You should be a US citizen who needs to file the fiancee visa petition at the USCIS service center under which you come in the US.
2.You should have met your fiancee at least once in the last two years of filing the petition and have the supporting evidences like joint photos of you both in it, the photos must be stamp dated. Alternatively you should have the boarding passes and travelling tickets to her home country or credit card bills etc.
3. You both should be of legal age to get married.
4. If either of you are married before, the earlier marriage must have been terminated by law.
5. Your fiancee must be outside the US seeing to get married to you.

It takes approx. about 6-7 months to get the fiancee visa.
